Organization Description

The mission of the Adelante Youth Alliance is to educate and empower youth to develop their academic career and leadership status.

Programs and Services offered

Adelante Madison is our afterschool program, providing academic tutoring, mentoring and leadership as well as STEM training. Adelante Mujer Latina Conference & Adelante Young Men Conference are two seperate annual gender specific full day college and career conferences for 5th-12th grade students and their parents from throughout Southern California.

Background Checks and Cost

Background check required , will be covered by the agency . Volunteers will need to contact the agency. Proof of negative TB test.

Health & Safety

Outside of working with students and thier parents, there are no risk associated with placement within AYA staff and others via telephone and/or email.
