Program Information

Black Baton Twirlers Network (BBTN) was the outcome of a two-part panel discussion regarding African Americans and their role within the sport of baton twirling during the pandemic and Black Lives Matter movement in 2020. This network was formed to become a 501(c) non-profit that establishes the first steps to provide a platform for the voices, stories, and advocacy of black baton twirlers, their allies, and supporters.The Black Baton Twirlers Network supports programs and targeted initiatives that will provide an outcome that strengthens the overall membership and leadership within the sport.
