Working for MAF Enterprise INC. the job responsibilities vary on time of month and day of the week. Job responsibilities included but are not limited to the following: workforce planning, creating schedules, auditing timesheets, issuing checks, managing inventory, closing out cash drops, balancing cashflow receipts, and being the direct point of contact for employee HR needs. This position can be completed remotely apart from in person job receptibilities which vary on workforce needs. Furthermore, a reliable source of transportation is required for this position. This position requires the ability to work in a fast paced environment, balance multiple tasks at a time, be organized, to communicate, and delegate responsibilities to team of employees.
By the end of this opportunity students will master how to conduct proper workforce planning, how to create schedules, auditing timesheets, issuing checks, managing inventory, closing out cash drops, balancing cashflow receipts, and how to properly handle HR needs.
Proper training will be provided through University of Subway and shadowing a professional.
