Opportunity Summary 

Working on nonprofit provided 'back of office' business software mostly covering HR and payroll activities.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

By the end of this opportunity, full stack software engineer interns will have gained hands-on experience in developing and deploying comprehensive business management tools, honing their skills in both front-end and back-end technologies. They will learn to design, build, and maintain scalable applications that prioritize user experience, security, and efficiency. Working closely with our team, interns will also understand the importance of developing accessible and inclusive technology solutions in a nonprofit setting, all while contributing to our mission of democratizing access to state-of-the-art business tools for small businesses and entrepreneurs.

Opportunity Training 

Onboarding Session - 1 hour Technical Training - 30 minutes Mentorship - As Required Performance Reviews and Feedback - As required. Hands-on Experience - Remaining Time.

Additional risk specific to this opportunity 

OSHA approved first aid kit and fire extinguisher is required at the location work is performed from; will be provided if nonexistent.
