Sales Department InternAt — Bay Cities Container Corporation
The Sales Intern provides research and reporting support to the sales team. Core functions will include providing market and retailer intelligence reports, assisting with internal analytics, updating and maintaining project databases. The Sales Intern works closely with the Sr. Executive Administrator and Sales Executives to update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management Database.
• Research industry competitors and produces competitive analysis report for internal teams • Assist in creating monthly reports to internal teams on website analytics, social media actions, education/promotional plans, success stories, etc. • Explore potential new products and markets to be targeting • Develop social media posts for future content on our platforms • Participate in promotional strategy sessions for upcoming collateral and advertisements • Perform Cold calling & lead qualification • Assist with Trade show coordination and follow up • Assist with PowerPoint presentations
Students will receive training on Bay Cities data systems (Odoo CRM, Amtech ERP, and others as needed for reporting) as well as front desk duties. Students will receive additional training as needed to support assigned duties.
Bay Cities operates several manufacturing environments. The Sales Intern's role is primarily in the office but will occasionally spend time on the manufacturing floor. A safety orientation and PPE are provided to all employees.
