We offer an exciting international experience in a family run chain of restaurants, that specialize in wagyu beef. We are flexible in finding the right opportunity for interns to learn from specialized chefs and managers to help them have experiences that will help in their personal futures. While we can support their journey, we hope to learn from them as well in fresh ideas and hope they bring good enegry to see new views in marketing and reaching the younger customer.
They will have learned the ins and outs of creating a new product. The time commitment and general production of the process, from drawing board to ingredient cost to promotion and of coarse the response of the customer. Also, they will encounter company culture of working in a team and supporting a vision of a company through there individual skills. Food safety and sanitation is a vital commitment to keeping the goal successful. They will also learn about Japanese culture and increase exposure to Japanese language.
They will be offered mentorship and supervision on site under professional restaurateurs, chefs, and managers.
We will conduct orientation for all kitchens and any tool use, along with checking action plans for use of a facility. On site managers are trained in Fire prevention and use of an extinguisher, and have sanitation certification from Kobe City Sanitation Department. All locations are in close proximity to well staffed hospitals and ambulances. Our facilities have been reinforced to withstand earthquakes.
