Community Impact Interm (Resident/Senior Services, Remote CI, Supportive Services/Case ManagementAt — Jamboree Housing Corporation
Our internship program equips local students with diverse, real-world experience in human services, community development, and beyond. Interns and volunteers enhance onsite support by assisting staff in delivering high-quality services, while also connecting residents to new opportunities, skills, and resources. This collaboration not only strengthens communities but also builds awareness of Jamboree’s mission and the impact of affordable housing.
Their area of focus and specific skills to develop are up to them, and we are flexible in supporting those interests in any way we can when creating the intern's study plan for the semester. Our goal across programs is to share potential career opportunities or fields that students may not have known were out there as they graduate and generally expand their horizons while exposing them to the world of affordable housing, human services, and the impact they make whether they are acting as an informed citizen, volunteering with a non-profit near them, or if they'd like to return to the field at a later time.
