By the end of this internship, the student will be able to independently execute QA/QC protocols in a GMP-regulated production environment, including raw material inspections, in-process testing, and final product verification, while accurately documenting results per SOPs and identifying deviations for corrective action.
Our interns will receive structured training that combines formal instruction with supervised, hands-on experience. During their first weeks, students will be oriented to our company policies, safety rules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) relevant to their role. They will review written SOPs, observe experienced staff performing each task, and then gradually perform these tasks themselves under close supervision until competency is demonstrated. Ongoing feedback, check‑ins with a designated mentor, and opportunities to ask questions will be built into the training so students can steadily build confidence and practical skills throughout the internship.
