Opportunity Summary 

Tuesday through Thursday from approximately 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Fridays as needed) will be “Hands on” in the field training in your chosen Commercial Real Estate specialty (Office, Industrial, Retail, and Multifamily), working with a Senior Broker directly assisting them as needed, which will include, attending meetings with prospective clients, prospecting potential real estate opportunities, assisting in drafting Letters or Offers to Lease and Purchase, etc. Monday’s class will be visited by Developers, Bankers, and Title Company Representatives as well as a two-hour lecture on Entitlements to Development

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Students will gain a comprehensive introduction to the commercial real estate industry through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on field experience. They will develop practical skills in client relations, prospecting, market research, first impressions, cold calling, handling objections, business planning, investment analysis, financing, lease and purchase agreements, escrow processes, property management, and real estate law. Participants will also gain exposure to industry professionals including brokers, developers, lenders, title company representatives, and real estate attorneys while working directly alongside senior commercial real estate professionals.

Office managers and staff act as fire wardens for their office. There is 24/7 security and safety measures in place for the entire building provided by the building property management.
