Retail Marketing InternAt — Bunny Moon Candy Shoppe
Turn what you’re learning in the classroom into real-world marketing experience! Bunny Moon Candy Shoppe is a growing Southern California retail brand specializing in trending candy, international snacks, collectibles, and viral products. Students will gain hands-on experience with social media marketing, content creation, branding, promotions, customer engagement, merchandising, and campaign development. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute creative ideas, see how marketing decisions impact a real business, and help develop campaigns across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. This is an opportunity to build your portfolio, strengthen your marketing skills, and gain practical experience in a fun, fast-paced small-business environment where your ideas can actually come to life.
By the end of this opportunity, students will have learned how to apply marketing concepts in a real-world business environment, including social media strategy, content creation, branding, promotions, customer engagement, visual merchandising, and campaign development. Students will also gain experience analyzing customer trends, identifying target audiences, developing creative marketing ideas, and evaluating how marketing efforts impact customer engagement and sales.
Retail training
Students will work in a retail environment and will receive an orientation covering basic workplace safety and emergency procedures. Students will be supervised by management and will not be assigned hazardous tasks or operate specialized equipment. Any safety concerns or incidents should be reported immediately to management.
Interested students will be required to participate in an in-person interview with management prior to acceptance. The interview will provide an opportunity to discuss the student’s marketing interests, experience, learning goals, availability, and how they may contribute to Bunny Moon Candy Shoppe’s marketing initiatives. A resume is encouraged but not required.
