Opportunity Summary 

The Administrative Internship at Kailee P offers students hands-on experience in administrative support, e-commerce operations, inventory coordination, and marketing. Interns will develop practical skills in organization, communication, spreadsheets, and day-to-day business operations in a online retail environment.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

By the end of this internship, students will have gained practical knowledge of how administrative, operational, and e-commerce functions support the day-to-day activities of a business. Students will develop skills in professional communication, organization, and data management. They will also strengthen their ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, solve routine business problems, and work collaboratively across different departments. Through hands-on experience and ongoing supervision, students will gain a clearer understanding of workplace expectations and how administrative responsibilities contribute to the overall efficiency of a retail and e-commerce organization.

Opportunity Training 

Students will receive hands-on training and guidance in general administrative and office procedures, including document organization, data entry, filing, scheduling, email communication, and basic recordkeeping. Training will also include an introduction to the company’s internal systems, workplace policies, confidentiality expectations, and professional communication standards. The intern will receive ongoing supervision, instructions, and feedback to help develop practical administrative, organizational, and professional workplace skills.

Additional risk specific to this opportunity 

Students will receive an orientation on general workplace safety, emergency procedures, and company policies. Students are not expected to operate machinery or perform hazardous duties.
