Opportunity Summary 

Work with K-12 students in school gardens, nutrition education and cooking lessons, pop-up farmers market events. Would you like to lead a project implementing composting or recycling efforts on campus, to reduce food waste and teach students about how their carbon footprint impacts climate change? Would you like to work on a pollinator/native habitat project or other school garden project? Can you help with our organization's communications and social media campaigns?

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

How to work with diverse student populations in outdoor education settings. How to manage an event or project by creating a budget, timeline, workplan. How to use social media communications to implement a program. How to collect data to evaluate a program.

Opportunity Training 

All training needed to provide these responsibilities will be provided. We will meet weekly to work together on projects, events, and lessons.
