Service-Learning OpportunitiesAt — Tierra Vista Elementary (Ocean View School District)
Located in South Oxnard, Ocean View School District ensures that all students, pre-school through 8th grade, achieve academic success and are prepared to live and learn in a rapidly changing world. OVSD provides rigorous and relevant learning experiences, while empowering families and staff to work together!
With a volunteer opportunity through CSUCI, students will learn about the planning and preparation for classroom instruction, enrichment program or school event. Through their work with an OVSD staff member, CSUCI students will have an opportunity to engage and support children and youth as they progress toward the achievement of their academic and personal goals.
Guidance will be provided in accordance with the specific project or activity.
