Opportunity Summary 

ÁNIMO Theatre Company has stage productions throughout the year and we have opportunities for students to work on stage production which includes prop and set design, coordinating rehearsals for actors, and event marketing/outreach for target populations.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Students will learn how to bring resources together to stage community theatre and also how to conduct outreach for target populations. All of our shows have an educational component that brings together culture and relevant history and students will learn how theatrical productions help audiences feel connected and relevant.

Opportunity Training 

Under the guidance of the Artistic Director, students will shadow the director and producer to obtain necessary skills to carry out assigned tasks.

Additional risk specific to this opportunity 

The space we will work at is usually a public location where we do rehearsals and productions. These locations have established guidelines and rules.
