Opportunity Summary 

This is the internship for you if you are interested in art, education, early childhood, or community development! We guide all Stevenson students (TK-5th grade) once a week for the entire school year on a journey of creative thinking and problem solving! We are a process-oriented art program and we take on 5 units a year under a big picture theme. For the 2022-23 school year our big picture theme will be "Ideation", how do artists come up with ideas?

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

how to plan and execute elementary art lessons in a Title 1 public school.

Opportunity Training 

Students will observe teacher/coordinator for the first couple of weeks and there will be a slow release of responsibility.
