Opportunity Summary 

Volunteers prepare and package medically tailored meals for a population that is home bound.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Rudimentary kitchen skills from food preparation and packaging. Problem solving skills in developing more efficient ways of preparing, packaging and storing meals. Time management and cooperative team development skills are also acquired.

Opportunity Training 

A mandatory Orientation and ongoing kitchen training.

Additional risk specific to this opportunity
