Experience in all forms of vegetable gardening farming and animal husbandry.
Opportunity Learning Outcomes
Students will have learned conventional vegetable gardening, farming crops, soil work, organic pest control methods, harvesting, seeding and some cooking instructions, as well as farm animal husbandry techniques.
Opportunity Training
Students will receive hands on instruction and training in sustainability and Organic gardening/farming practices
