Research Analyst InternAt — Power 4 Youth

The Research Analyst Intern will work under the guidance of the Executive Director to assess Long Beach youths’ needs and service preferences to help us decide how to enrich, diversify, and expand P4Y mentoring program and outreach. The Intern will report directly to Executive Director to plan and execute research analysis amongst Long Beach community/youth stake holders, teenaged youth, volunteers, program leaders, families, etc.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

-Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, focus groups, questionnaires, and opinion polls.

-Present findings to the administrative team to help them make better

-informed decisions about program advancements.

-Interpret the collected data, organize the information into statistical reports to present as proposals for program expansion or modifications

-Create visual trends so P4Y can predict how our current or new services will fare Long Beach youth & community members

Measure effectiveness of P4Y programs, outcomes, and strategies.
