Opportunity Summary 

Title: Client Feedback Associate

 

Supervisor (or Committee Assignment): Operations & Programs Manager

 

Location: 938 South Main St. Salinas, California 93901

 

Purpose: Connect with recent computer recipients to determine the impact of the computer on their daily life.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect the recent computer recipients from the sales folder

  • Create list to keep track of who has been contacted and who has completed the survey

  • Administer the survey

  • Produce a report at the end of the semester based on the survey answers

  • Learn the basics of our administrative department

  • Connect with our clients directly to ensure an understanding of their needs and how we hope to help

 

Length of Assignment: 18 Months

 

Time Commitment: 6-8hrs a week, days and times are flexible

 

Qualifications: Bilingual, Attention to Detail, Interest in Developing Communication Skills both Verbal and Written

 

Support/Training: You will be trained in administration by one of our volunteers. Support for the research project will come from the Operations and Programs Manager.
