Opportunity Summary 

There is a need in our community to find local leaders interested in working in urban ag/gardens. Gardens are being built and are in need of support and help. You will participate in community meetings and events that connect you to residents and organizations that serve the Salinas/Alisal community. This will include marketing support and general garden maintenance.

Opportunity Training 

Training will be hands on and real world. Student work and training will be open to student influence, interest and availability. Responsibilities do not require specific training. All task will be supported by Leticia Hernandez.

Students should be able to perform general garden maintenance work with minimal supervision once trained. All community engagement will be in collaboration with Leticia Hernandez. Social media guidelines will be provided.
