Opportunity Summary 

Students supporting the Upward Bound program will be covering an array of services pertaining to pre-college support (i.e., A-G Advising, College & Financial Aid Applications, Scholarships, Personal Statement Development, Presentations, etc.). Students have the opportunity to elect their school site upon availability (North Monterey County HS, Soledad HS, Pajaro Valley HS, Watsonville HS).

Reserved for students who are already working for Upward Bound.

 

Opportunity Training 

Students will be given opportunity to learn on the following: Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion work; College Awareness practices; Student Services; Assessment Practices; Outreach and Recruitment.

Support will be provided through check-ins, trainings, constant communication, providing opportunities for growth, etc.
