Opportunity Summary 

Coordinate initial deep needs and assets assessment, and additional ongoing assessments and listening projects, to identify gaps in service for students and families and to identify existing resources in the community to fill those gaps. Conduct outreach to students and families about available resources and how to refer, and regularly assess effectiveness of outreach efforts.
