Opportunity Training 

Onboarding and Orientation: Your journey at KPI begins with a thorough orientation program. You'll be introduced to our culture, values, and organizational structure, ensuring you have a strong foundation to start your work.

Position-Specific Training: Depending on your role, you'll receive training tailored to your responsibilities. For example, if you're working with athletes, you'll learn about performance assessment, training protocols, and athlete psychology. If you're in a support role, you'll receive training relevant to your function, whether it's in marketing, administration, or facility management.

Mentorship: One of the unique aspects of KPI is our commitment to mentorship. You'll be paired with experienced professionals who will guide you, answer questions, and provide insights throughout your tenure. This mentorship ensures that you're not only gaining theoretical knowledge but also practical wisdom from those who have excelled in the field.

Additional risk specific to this opportunity 

Students may be working unsupervised with minor or other vulnerable populations. Students may be required to work at night (after 6pm). Or, students may be supervised less than 50% of the time or the supervisor will be overseeing more than 8 people. Student will be working with high school athletes under the age of 18.
