Girl Scout Workshop - GSCCCAt — Girl Scouts of California's Central Coast (GSCCC)
The Girl Scouts of California's Central Coast (GSCCC) is offering an opportunity for Service Learners to build their facilitation skills while developing and implementing a workshop for Girl Scouts in kinder through 9th grades.
If you have a passion for STEAM, Outdoors, Life Still or Entrepreneurship and want to create a sustainable opportunity within our organization, this is for you. We have over 300 Girl Scout badges that are unique and interesting to a wide range of girls, here is your change to make a difference.
Of particular interest:
- Cybersecurity
- Generation Rx (which is a new, drug awareness program)
5 service learners
- Background Check (e.g. fingerprinting/livescan, driving record)
GSCCC staff will provide weekly meetings to discuss project development including how to backward plan, develop age-appropriate activities, and budget. There will be GSCCC staff weekly meetings.
Service Learners will need to have a GSCCC membership. The council will pick up the cost.
