SP25 CST 462S: Fire Recovery Photo ProjectAt — Big Sur Land Trust (BSLT)

Fire Recovery Photo Project is a key initiative within the stewardship program, detailed at the following link: https://www.instructables.com/Crowd-sourced-Time-Lapse-Photography/.

The project has already made progress with the signs being posted. BSLT is currently seeking coding students to complete Steps 6 and 7 by building on the team from Fall 2024. This involves setting up the website and utilizing Google Sheets to filter and store photos.

While this is a remote opportunity, BSLT welcomes service learners to visit the property and take photos themselves – a recurring theme to their service learners is their expression of gratitude for time spent in beautiful outdoor spaces. Transportation for hiking is not provided.

Advanced CS skills in Google authentication and knowledge of HTML and GitHub are highly recommended. Review the Project Link before signing up.
