Historical Garden Coordinator - Church of the WayfarerAt — Church of the Wayfarer

Opportunity Summary 

The Wayfarer Garden was established in 1940 and is a cornerstone of the Church of the Wayfarer's presence in Carmel-by-the-Sea. To help us celebrate the church's 120th anniversary we would like to have a student create a map of the garden, provide recommendations for inclusion of biblical plants, and create an informational brochure and website content.

Opportunity Training 

Historical information will be provided, but no training is necessary. The pastor, Church Council, and Office manager are available to support and supervise students in meetings and on-site.

Additional risk specific to this opportunity 

We are moving away from any toxic insectide use, so would not anticipate students being exposed.
