Opportunity Summary 

Help your community in one of the last free places to spend time as a young person! We need help in our Student Success Center (kids with homework), Tech Time (accessing e-books and e-resources) and general library assistance.

Libraries are free and open to the public - all are welcome here.

Requirements:

  • Computer Literacy
  • Bilingual Desired
Opportunity Training 

Students will learn library workings including the Dewey Decimal System, Patron confidentiality, Technology in libraries, children in libraries, and library programming. Students will receive an orientation to the library and specific training on the duties to be performed: organization of shelves, electronic materials, library systems and the like.
