Position Description:
Fellows at Natividad will support a variety of hospital programs focused on improving the patient experience and expanding community outreach. Duties may include:

Patient Support & Experience: Escorting patients, distributing care packages, and offering companionship.

Administrative & HR Support: Helping with onboarding, volunteer scheduling, tracking hours, and candidate guidance.

Community Engagement: Supporting health fairs, community events, and outreach to local schools/organizations.

Program Development: Assisting with volunteer training sessions, appreciation events, and special projects that enhance hospital services.

Time Availability:

Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
SUPERVISION: Students may be required to work at night (after 6pm). Or, students may be supervised less than 50% of the time or the supervisor will be overseeing more than 8 people.,
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Students may be required to lift heavy items over 25 lbs or be potentially exposed to certain environmental conditions such as extreme weather, wearing protective gear, or applying sunscreen.
