We’re looking for a Marketing & Content Intern who’s ready to jump in and make things happen. You’ll gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media, and grassroots campaigns. We’re a small, fast-moving team where your ideas and work matter.
You’ll be part of a company that supports artists, gives back with every pair sold, and is on a mission to get socks on more feet - one standout step at a time. If you want to build real marketing skills, grow a brand from the inside, and make an impact while doing it, MERGE4 is the place.

Gain experience planning and posting content, writing captions, assisting with influencer outreach, and analyzing what works. You’ll learn how to manage and grow a brand presence across platforms.
Ecommerce & Shopify
Get an inside look at how products are launched, merchandised, and optimized for conversions on Shopify. You’ll also touch SEO and product storytelling.
Analytics & Campaign Reporting
Learn how to track performance, interpret data, and recommend improvements using tools like Google Analytics and Klaviyo dashboards.
Brand Voice & Messaging
You’ll get to help craft messaging for seasonal campaigns, product drops, and partnerships—all while staying true to MERGE4’s mission, tone, and values.
Requirements:
- Must be a Junior or Senior in college
- Transportation to/from Soquel (MERGE4's office)
Interns will receive hands-on training across key areas of modern marketing, with real projects and real responsibility.
Opportunity Supervision
The intern will be supported directly by MERGE4 leadership and our marketing team. You’ll have access to regular check-ins, feedback, and guidance while working on real projects tied to our marketing priorities.
We’ll involve you in our strategic planning process, so you can see how goals are set - and how we adapt. If a plan isn’t generating results, we’ll make an educated shift and work with you to adjust the approach.
The goal is to give you meaningful experience and insight into how a mission-driven brand operates across digital, retail, and wholesale channels.
