Office-based Service Learning Student Leaders (SL2) responsibilities are:

• Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and community partners on the phone and in-person
• Assist students with navigating and locating information on the Service Learning Institute’s website and CalState S4 database
• Provide students and community members with relevant information regarding the department’s services, workshops, and events
• Serve as Drop-in hour coverage (via Zoom) for students
• Receives, sorts, date-stamps, and distributes mail
• Assist in special projects, including outreach, preparation, and delivery of department services, workshops, and events
• Assist in creating and updating quality materials and signage
