SP26 CST462: Food Safety Customer Feeback At — Second Harvest Food Bank Santa Cruz County

Opportunity Summary 

The Food Safety Customer Feedback project will help modernize the current system. As of now, the Facilities Director manually inputs any of the customer complaints that are food safety-related issues.

Students will help research to determine the processing platform (i.e. Microsoft Forms, Survey Monkey, etc.)  Afterwards, decide which works best for the organization and move forward with the modernization of the project.
