Colin will have the opportunity to help the community in the surrounding area by creating innovative programs to encourage the growth of golf in rural MS and AL. He will be introduced to curriculum development, building empathetic relationships with a demographic that does not exist in CA, and an opportunity to diversify his understanding of how growth differs in a much smaller market than what he is used to.
