Summer Programming Support PersonAt — Monterey County Free Libraries - Carmel Valley

Opportunity Summary 

Help library staff set up, run, and clean up various summer programs at the branch and off-site during June and July. Work both inside and outside in a beautiful rural library setting, and enjoy working as part of a fun team and in the wonderful summer weather in Carmel Valley.

Required work days are most Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays in June and July, with some flexibility.

There is also an opportunity to participate in a critical, large-scale inventory and organizing project for the branch.

Opportunity Training 

Yes - training on what library programming is, why things are set up, and how to interact with library patrons as well as organizational skills needed to manage a large library inventory of library programming materials.
