Our continued Mission is to empower and support college students in shifting campus food procurement to ethical and sustainable sources, or Real Food. With the Theory of Change that when the large consistent food budgets of universities are channeled into values based food systems, it benefits the all aspects of the system: the land, producers, works, and consumers/students. We bridge students, campus staff, farmers and producers, and NGOs working to create a more sustainable food system, bolstering campus goals and student resumes and skills!
