Program Sites

The Natural History Museums of Los Angeles County (NHMLAC) include the Natural History Museum in Exposition Park, La Brea Tar Pits in Hancock Park/Mid-Wilshire, and the William S. Hart Museum in Newhall.

We protect and share more than 35 million specimens and artifacts, the largest natural and cultural history collection in the western United States. But we also explore the nature and culture that surrounds us today, both in L.A. and the world.

Science Voices is a US-based nonprofit organization that works on the hardest problems in science education. Founded in 2019, we work all over the world to train educators in active learning methods, empower learners to bring science to their communities through impactful projects, and build teaching tools for low resource classrooms. Our mission is to improve equity in science education. We are helping overlooked communities improve their ability to teach, learn, and use science through co-development of new digital tools and experiences

ScribeAmerica equips our partners with dynamic, innovative, and intelligent solutions to improve health outcomes. This program site and opportunity are only available to students who are currently scribes at ScribeAmerica.

Seaside Advocacy, LLC is a women owned and staffed advocacy firm focused on representing various renewable energy developers and other groups tackling California's climate change crisis.
