Opportunity Summary 

Encourage someone experiencing hardship by learning to quilt. The quilt you sew will given to a family in a local shelter or to someone in hospice care.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Students will have learned to use a sewing machine and other sewing tools, choose fabric based on colors, tone and prints, design a quilt and follow a simple quilt pattern.
