Opportunity Summary 

Our nonprofit charity’s mission is educational equity. We are seeking motivated students to work with underserved middle school students risking academic failure at Northridge Middle School as mentor/tutors. In this position, you will provide one-on-one tutoring and mentorship support to students. Prior to commencing, a training is conducted via zoom to ensure you are well prepared and follow our specific approach and protocols.

The work can be challenging at times but is always rewarding. You will play a crucial role in making a positive difference for students in need of support who would not otherwise receive it.

The SEA Program is an after-school program and operates from about mid-August through to the end of May or the first week in June.

Opportunity Training 

Mandatory training is required, typically conducted via Zoom, lasting approximately 1.5-2 hours.
