Opportunity Summary
- Case management work with youth in the foster care system 0-21yrs.
- Giving crisis support to our youth and resource parents.
- Offering transitional housing for 18-21yrs in the foster care system
- Become familiar with the 3-5-7 grief & model trauma support and the CANS module
- Assisting clients with building on their independent living skills
- Treatment team collaboration, involved in team meetings
- Assist with creating & delivering trainings to our clients/resource family/& community
- Work with families to get them approved and trained to become new resource parents
- Supervise community visits with bio-parents and our clients.
