Case ManagerAt — 3Strands Global
3Strands Global Foundation is an anti-human trafficking non-profit serving survivors of human trafficking and individuals at-risk of exploitation. In this role students will be providing direct case management services his includes providing resources to meet basic needs (food, shelter), assessment, service plan implementation, case coordination and collaboration, service navigation (mental health, childcare), advocacy, and direct delivery of resources and services (transportation, interview/work clothing).

In-person and virtual one-on-one training will be provided to learn program protocols, procedures and training around working with the population. Student will also have opportunities to shadow team members. Students will also complete a three hour Human Trafficking 101-103 and a two hour trauma-informed communication training.,
Hybrid model is contingent on COVID-19 and may be subject to change. 3SGF provides masks and hand sanitizer to all teammates and is diligent about following COVID-19 regulations.
