Opportunity Summary 

Our agency provides Case Management services to individuals from birth to death who have developmental disabilities including Intellectual Disability, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, and Autism. Weekly 1:1's are provided by an LCSW. We don't work weekends or evenings.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Our many rules and regulation, policies and procedures, how to build case management relationships, how to complete assessments for servicers and supports, cultural humility, disability awareness, how to work as part of a case management team, and most importantly - how to increase social work competencies.

Opportunity Training 

8 days of onboarding. Weekly 1:1 supervision. Daily supervision and direction from Task Supervisor, peer support, shadowing opportunities.

All agency safety protocols are covered during the onboarding process.
