Opportunity Summary
Position Description
- Grooming and tacking horses.
- Leading and side-walking with horses during lessons.
- Cleaning and organizing common areas.
- Cleaning stalls.
- Horse care (feeding, watering etc.).
Learning Objectives and Outcomes
- Learn horse care and management.
- Learn about various disabilities.
Desired Qualifications
- Some horse experience (1+ years around horses).
- Some experience with children.
- Able to work with instructors or independently as needed.
Length of Position: 12 weeks
Hours per Week: 5-15
