Position Description
Behavior Technicians implement center, school, and home treatment programs for CARD patients and their families using applied behavior analysis (ABA). The CARD Behavior Technician is an integral part of the treatment team whose effectiveness directly contributes to patient success. Behavior Technicians receive individualized, ongoing mentorship from experienced behavior analysts to ensure the highest quality treatment and to support career growth for Behavior Technicians who wish to advance. Behavior Technicians have extensive opportunities to advance quickly as they gain certification and expertise.
