- Help students get beyond roadblocks in their studies, guiding students to understanding themselves, time management and good study skills.
- Understand and evaluate students’ abilities and interests in order to help them find personalized resources that will stimulate curiosity.
- Develop high interest multi-media curriculum.

Google product (sheets, docs, email etc) familiarity
(Spanish Speaking would be amazing but not required!)
Academic knowledge welcomed but not required.
Listen to understand specific developmental and academic needs of a variety of students from different backgrounds. Develop scaffolded learning and support aids to empower students towards independence. Learn assertive yet supportive communication with students to guide families towards success. Evaluate high interest multi-media learning resources for students. Evaluate student progress.
