Opportunity Summary 

Looking for marketing student to 1. Study what we do as a company and understand DISC 2. Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy 3. Manage and oversee social media content (Linkedin Posting, Facebook, Podcasts, possibly email marketing). 4. Measure the success of every social media campaign 5. Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies (that our competitors are doing and overall in general) 6. Identify and use key social media tools to streamline all efforts (Canva? Hootsuite? etc). 7. Attend virtual meetings to have discussions on goals, objectives, and develop an understanding for what we do, our clientele, the market, etc. 8. Collaborate with our 3 key team members ensure content is informative and appealing 9. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

Opportunity Training 

Will have training initially and as needed to... 1. Learn and study about DISC, their DISC Communication preference, and our Team's DISC Communication preferences. 2. Understand our communication guidelines, requirements, team structure, and current software we are using. 2. Learn about DISCcert's DISC Certification, our competitive edge, competitors, and clientele. 3. Discuss our goals and objectives on LinkedIn Social Media Posting, developing new content and podcasts. 4. Discuss current/past metrics to best streamline our efforts moving forward. 5. Discuss what is needed for the student to feel confident and equipped to be successful in this internship. Time: approx 2-5 hours
