Human Resources InternAt — Lakehouse Hotel, LLC
Opportunity to learn Human Resources processes, policies, and procedures as it relates to our company. You'll be involved in clerical and administrative work related to HR, including auditing, onboarding, training, and recruitment with a growing company. You'll be exposed to how decisions are made and how the company handles items related to employee engagement, recruiting, training, benefits and structure.
to be familiar with Human Resources documentation and proper record keeping policy/procedures. Understanding of new hire documentation and the onboarding/orientation process.
Training on clerical and administrative Standard Operating Procedures as they relate to Human Resources.
