During the field trip, students are introduced to our local habitats, the environmental issues affecting them, and solutions to those issues.

Students will be introduced to our local habitats, the environmental issues affecting them, and solutions to those issues. Students will learn the role of supporting Environmental Educators by observing teaching techniques in inquiry based learning and experiential education, along with classroom management skills. Students will assist when the opportunity arises. Students will also have the optional opportunity to teach students if they become comfortable with the material and request to do so.
