Opportunity Summary 

The Elizabeth Hospice is looking for volunteers interested and available for a weekly commitment to provide support to our quality assurance nurse team. This is a great opportunity to learn about patient care operations and build your network with caring and expert clinicians. There is a possibility of a gas card incentive for the right candidates.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

How to operate a electronic medical record system, the patient needs of individuals on hospice care, how an interdisciplinary team supports patient care, aspects of clinical quality assurance, phone etiquette and customer service techniques.
