IT Help Desk InternshipAt — TrueCare
• Deliver excellent customer service in person • Support IT staff by assisting with Track-It requests • Engage in research and troubleshooting to help IT staff resolve technical issues. • Assist with and accurately document hardware installation and removal request • Help IT staff with technical support off-site at TrueCare™ events.
The IT Help Desk intern will gain hands on experience by supporting IT staff with troubleshooting, hardware installation, research and more in order to improve the experiences of both staff and patients. Through training, mentorship, and staff interactions, the intern will learn new skills, gain an understanding of an IT technician role, and achieve personal and professional growth in the information technology world.
Training will consist of TrueCare services, systems, and professionalism.
TrueCare is a community health center, masks are required when on site.
In addition to an application, students will be phone screened and may have to be interviewed by IT team.
