Learn firsthand what the day to day interactions are between physical therapists and patients in an outpatient facility. Learn exercises using Applied Functional Science and how the basics of physical therapy practices. Great opportunity to learn and experience what working in a physical therapy office is like.
Opportunity Learning Outcomes
Students will learn the basics of Applied Functional Science and different treatment philosophies. Students will additionally learn basic anatomy and movement/exercise terminology.
Opportunity Training
Students will complete a check list which describes the basic fundamentals of AFS.
