Come teach at a play based learning center for kids in your community. You'll Learn how to assist children from ages 3 months to 8 years old with fun activities devised to help them reach their goals and developmental milestones.
How to market themselves at their place of employment to retain and bring in new clients looking for a new way to engage with their kids. You'll have learned how to mulitask and organize classes, events, and parties. You'll be prepared to handle basic clerical work and admin duites such as answering and returning client phone calls and emails.
Every Monday a staff meeting is held for 3 hours to go over current statistics for our faciity as well as setting weekly/monthly goals for enrollent. We'll discuss and act out upcoming curriculum activities for classes.
Staff and clients are required to sanitize and wear a mask if so desired to help keep everyone healthy. The facility goes through a weekly deep clean and a daily sanitization after every class and end of business day.Training is provided on how to properly spot children during early development gymnastic activities. There are always 2 teachers staffed and sometimes 3 depending on the class size.
A short interview is required and a resume is encouraged
